Busser/Barback

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the hospitality industry? Armor Brewing Co is seeking a reliable and energetic Busser/Barback to join our dynamic team. As a crucial part of our restaurant's operations, you'll play an essential role in creating a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

Clearing and setting tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Assisting servers and bartenders by running food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to tables.

Refilling water glasses, resetting utensils, and ensuring tables are ready for the next guests.

Removing used dishware, glassware, and utensils to keep the dining area tidy and uncluttered.

Supporting bartenders in stocking the bar with supplies, restocking glassware, and assisting with drink preparation when needed.

Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks as required.

Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest requests and inquiries.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Must obtain a New Mexico Food Handlers Certification, and a New Mexico Alcoholic Beverage Control Server Certificate within 30 days after hire date.
