Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our home healthcare team. The Field Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our field staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of home healthcare practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support field staff, including caregivers and home health aides. Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality of care provided. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies. Provide training and development of field staff. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or caregivers. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve client services. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in home healthcare or a similar setting. Proven leadership and supervisory skills. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must live in Albuquerque, NM or surrounding areas. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.Benefits:
