FiveM Group operates restaurants in the NM region, from food-focused breweries, to delicious New Mexican fare. Duties Greet and engage with guests to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable dining and drinking experience. Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly to guests. Mix, garnish, and serve beverages following recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, including sanitizing tables, counters, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate shortages to management. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments accurately. Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and pairings based on guest preferences. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and seamless service. Requirements Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers is suggested. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
