We are seeking skilled and experienced Servers / Bartenders with proven "elevated" performance, to join our Clubhouse team at Artesia Country Club. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Performance Expectations include:

- Traditional restaurant server duties, which include greeting guests when arriving, taking drink and food orders, providing excellent customer service, promptness with requests, maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant / bar area. Servers are required to provide strong compliance with all food safety, sanitation regulations and state liquor license laws. Must handle guest transactions in a proper and accurate manner, with cash handling and computer entries.

Server / Bartender

will be responsible for monitoring alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices. Collaboration with other team members to ensure efficient service and an enjoyable experience for our guest. Previous experience working as a Server / Bartender is strongly prefferred, but training is available to candidates that demonstrate the traits we are looking for. The ideal applicants will have the following experience: a strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, food handling procedures, proven server excellence, cash handling procedures, excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele, experience with a POS system or computer knowledge, ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor with strong attention to detail. We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling. This will be a part-time position with afternoon, evening and weekends shifts available.
