Job Description

Overview The Concessions Bartender will perform a multitude of tasks, to include preparing drinks, food items, sales transactions, stocking, cleaning, organization, and general day-to-day maintenance or needs. Depending on event schedules, hours of work may be long and varied. This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible.

401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until December 11, 2026. Responsibilities Setup and breakdown bars and concessions area. Prepare drinks and food in a safe and sanitary manner. Assists in bar conversion duties as assigned. Maintain a safe work environment. Respond to customers as needed in a professional manner. Use the point of sale system accurately and efficiently. Accurate cash handling. Follow instructions accurately. Work as a team and be able to work independently while completing tasks. Actively care for all equipment and property by cleaning and storing equipment properly, cleaning, and alerting management of any broken equipment or mistreatment of property. Maintain organized storage areas. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in a concessions role is a plus. Ability to work days, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Knowledge and ability to learn new skills. Must be able to work in various weather conditions. Must be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and to meet deadlines. Ability to climb stairs and lift heavy objects unaided.
