Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to promote a positive atmosphere and encourage repeat business Manage POS systems such for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate service procedures Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service during catering or banquet events Handle cash transactions accurately while managing retail math skills for tipping and change distribution Uphold all food handling standards, including proper serving techniques and food safety protocols Assist in setting up bar areas for special events such as nightclubs or private functions Qualifications Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, restaurant, or banquet settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tipping procedures Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts Experience with brewing or catering services is a plus Join our dynamic team where your passion for hospitality can shine!
