Bartender/Food Server - Coors

Los Cuates on Coors is looking to hire an experienced Bartender. Applicants must be friendly, hardworking, team oriented, honest, comfortable with food and liquor service. You are expected to wait tables in bar area. Must be available to work consistently, have a positive attitude at all times and be an excellent communicator. Must have reliable transportation. Must be drugfree. Passing a background check is a condition of hire. If you have excellent organizational and experience in the food industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable dining experience for our guests and increase our profitability. Previous bar experience is a requirement, having an up to date Alcohol Serving certification is required as well. In addition to guest relations, you will be responsible for communicating with front and back-of-the-house team members to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. You will also maintain accountability for all aspects of the bar area including setting up and stocking product for each shift, maintaining storage areas, and cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining all equipment, utensils and tools, implementing inventory controls, and abiding by all liquor laws and regulations Skills Excellent Guest Relations Skills High school diploma and additional training in bartending preferred Minimum of one year experience Previous experience handling money and operating point of sales processing systems Flexible schedule Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills Professional dress, speech and behavior We look forward to hearing from you!
