This Job requires years of Server and Bartending Experience, This is a two story very Large Restaurant and it is the Bartender/ Server duties to work both Floors with efficiency, elegance, and diligence. Most shifts are Solo meaning.... its all on you :)

Duties:

• Greet guests and seat them in an organized manner
• Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation

Experience:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems
• Ability to handle phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
• Willingness to assist and help team members as needed
• Demonstrated customer service skills to enhance guest relations
