Bartender Overview The Bartender at Lilli is responsible for delivering a refined and intentional beverage experience that complements the cuisine and elevates the overall guest journey. This role requires technical skill, product knowledge, and a deep understanding of hospitality. You are not just making drinks, you are shaping moments at the bar and supporting the rhythm of the dining room. Responsibilities Beverage Execution Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency Execute Lilli's beverage program according to established recipes and standards Maintain speed and accuracy without compromising quality Ensure proper glassware, garnishes, and presentation at all times Bar Setup & Organization Prepare bar mise en place before service — including batching, garnishes, and stocking Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout service Manage inventory levels and communicate needs to leadership Execute opening and closing procedures with discipline Guest Experience Provide warm, knowledgeable, and intuitive service at the bar Guide guests through beverage selections with confidence Maintain awareness of the dining room to support overall service flow Handle guest interactions with professionalism and care Teamwork & Culture Work in sync with the service and kitchen teams Embody the philosophy of "Yes, Chef" — humility, discipline, and teamwork above ego Maintain focus, composure, and professionalism in a high-pressure environment Support fellow teammates to ensure smooth, successful service Show respect for the craft, the team, and the guest experience at all times Represent the values and culture of Lilli both in and out of the kitchen Safety & Sanitation Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Adhere to daily cleaning responsibilities and deep-clean schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times Qualifications Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in fine-dining or craft cocktail environments Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and classic cocktail techniques Excellent communication and guest engagement skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Food safety and SNHD certification Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Tip share from services Creative input in menu development Mentorship from Chef Tyler and leadership team Opportunity to grow into Lead Bartender or Beverage Director role as Lilli expands
