Job Description
Overview The Concessions Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests during the American Century Championship. This seasonal, part-time position supports event operations by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced event setting while delivering outstanding customer service. This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00 and is tip eligible. This is a seasonal role from July 6, 2026, and will end on July 12, 2026. This position will remain open until July 12, 2026. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and alcohol service regulations. Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times. Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests. Operate POS systems and accurately process cashless transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession bars, workstations, and storage areas. Restock beverage inventory, supplies, and garnishments as needed throughout the event. Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and company standards. Work collaboratively with supervisors, bar staff, and event team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist with setup and breakdown of concession areas before and after events. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous bartending, concessions, or hospitality experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible event-based schedules, including weekends and holidays. TABC certification or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred or required based on location. Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while working with large crowds.
