This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves supporting bartenders and servers, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized space. As a vital team member, you'll assist with bar setup, cleaning, stock replenishment, and venue maintenance, all while delivering excellent customer service. Your proactive attitude will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and well cared for. Responsibilities Support bartenders by restocking beverages, garnishes, and supplies swiftly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including bar cleaning and sanitation to ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist with bussing tables and clearing glassware to keep the venue tidy and inviting. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, bottles, and equipment safely and responsibly. Ensure food service bar safety compliance by following proper handling procedures for food and beverages. Operate POS (Point of Sale) Support venue beverage service by ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service throughout the venue. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred but not necessary. Familiarity with bar operations, bartending, or venue beverage service enhances your effectiveness in this role. Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Knowledge of food industry safety standards, including food service bar safety compliance, is beneficial. Prior nightclub, banquet, or catering experience can provide valuable insights into fast-paced hospitality settings. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and delivering excellent guest interactions. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely during busy shifts is required.
