Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Manage cash transactions efficiently, process payments accurately, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, enhance their experience through excellent customer service, and promote special menu items or beverages. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist in beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and coordinate catering or event services when needed. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs, managing guest intoxication levels, and following all liquor laws. Experience Proven experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and spirits familiarity. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while maintaining consistency in presentation and taste. Prior experience with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction and loyalty.
