205 Dry is seeking an

EXPERIENCED

Barback to join our team (2 shifts per week). We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and takes pride in supporting a polished, detail-driven bar program.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining full bar stock at all times Preparing fresh garnishes Refilling ice wells and managing ice levels Restocking glassware, napkins, coasters, and bar essentials Replenishing cleaning rags at each station Restocking liquor bottles and assisting with inventory Changing beer kegs Running food and supporting bartenders during service Clearing plates, refreshing waters, and assisting guests as needed Completing closing duties (garbage, mopping, bar cleanliness)

Expectations:

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume setting Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Positive, team-oriented attitude Professional, polished appearance (dapper attire required) Comfortable moving up and down stairs frequently throughout shifts

Schedule:

Must be available Fridays and Saturdays until at least 1:00 AM or later Weeknights typically run until midnight or later If you're someone who takes pride in being the backbone of a strong bar team and can keep up with a fast, detail-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.
