Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced registers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to ensure safety. Assist with event setups such as banquets or catering functions, providing seamless service during busy nights or special occasions. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow in dynamic environments like nightclubs or fine dining settings. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for handling cash and retail math calculations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service. Ability to serve alcohol responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations related to alcohol service. Previous retail math or hospitality experience is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
