ABOUT THE ROLE
Servers and Bartenders will work in both a la carte dining and banquet/event settings. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, elevated service environment and want to be part of a respected, long-standing establishment.
RESPONSIBILITIES - SERVERS
Provide attentive, professional service to members and guests Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently Execute a la carte dining, brunches, and special events Support banquet service for weddings, galas, and corporate functions Assist with room setups, table settings, buffet and plated service Work closely with captains, chefs, and management to ensure smooth service Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times
RESPONSIBILITIES - BARTENDERS
Prepare cocktails, wine, and beer for members and guests Operate main bar and event bars for banquets and private functions Maintain accurate drink preparation and strong product knowledge Set up and break down bar areas, maintain cleanliness, manage stock Provide friendly, efficient, and professional guest interaction Support both a la carte and banquet service bars as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior serving or bartending experience required Experience in fine dining, banquet service, or country clubs is preferred Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Ability to multitask and maintain high service standards Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Punctual, professional, and dependable Weekend and holiday availability required
