Job Description

Buffalo Chophouse has a rare opportunity to add a
PART-TIME
bartender to their bar program. Several years of experience as a bartender in a fine-dining setting is required for consideration. Candidates must have and exceptional sense of genuine hospitality, as well as familiarity with fine dining operations, culinary terms, and bartending techniques. Knowledge of classic cocktails as well as modern variations is required. Candidates will be expected to recognize differences in the sub-regions of Scotch whisky; the classifications of Cognacs; the variance of new world and old world wine regions and varietals; etc.
MUST KNOW CLASSIC COCKTAIL RECIPES & MUST BE ABLE TO EXECUTE HIGH VOLUME UNDER INTENSE PRESSURE.
