This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, bartending experience with experience in food service and customer relations. Duties Provide menu information and assist guests with our ordering platform. Provide customers with great cocktails and an elevated experience. Ensure timely service delivering food to customers by coordinating with kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar area. Uphold high standards of customer service, demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Qualifications Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant or hotel industry is preferred. Strong background in food service and hospitality, with an emphasis on guest relations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to provide outstanding customer service at all times.
