Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink using systems like Toast POS Take food and drink orders accurately, communicate effectively with kitchen staff, and deliver orders promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, addressing their needs, and creating a lively yet professional atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards and food handling protocols. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently, and balancing registers at shift end. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed, demonstrating versatility across various service settings. Uphold food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure a safe environment for all guests. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for order entry and sales processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate order calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments is advantageous; retail math skills are also beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
