Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized work station; ensure adherence to food safety and handling protocols. Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours by utilizing effective time management skills to deliver timely service. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu to assist guests confidently. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse settings. Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
