Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine and craft beers Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about beverage ingredients, and enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Process cash and credit transactions accurately using

Develop new beverage recipes...creativity is encouraged! Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours or special events Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to ensure safety Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a tavern or retail setting is helpful Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development is also helpful, but not required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism Experience in food service or restaurant environments that require multitasking under pressure Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail in drink preparation and cash handling Basic math skills for accurate cashiering, retail math understanding for inventory management, and handling cash transactions confidently Your energy level is the key ingredient in delivering unforgettable experiences!
