Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Banquet Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will elevate our guests' experience at special events and gatherings. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth operations during banquet functions. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, preventing over-serving while promoting a safe environment. Collaborate with catering staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service during banquet functions. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending, especially within banquet, fine dining, or nightclub settings. Strong time management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously without compromising quality. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations. Previous restaurant or food service experience is essential; banquet experience is a plus.
