Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including signature cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS system Develop and suggest new beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods and special events like banquets or catering functionsExperience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with casual dining or banquet experience Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beer Familiarity with POS system for processing transactions smoothly Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Prior food handling, food safety certification, and cash handling experience are highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that creates memorable guest interactions Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
