Duties Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems ensuring quick and efficient service. Mix drinks, serve alcohol responsibly, and maintain bar cleanliness in accordance with food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate billing and transactions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar, dining space, and serving stations. Assist with catering and or banquet events, as needed. Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions. Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately. Experience working in baquet or catering events is advantageous but not required. Must be 18 years or older with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed.
