Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure guests have memorable experiences, whether they're enjoying a casual meal, celebrating a special occasion, or unwinding at the bar. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations in compliance with health regulations Engage with customers to enhance their experience through friendly conversation and personalized recommendations Assist with setup, breakdown, and catering or banquet service as needed for special events Qualifications Prior experience in food service, fine dining, or banquet environments is highly desirable (Not Required) Proficiency with POS systems is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations accurately Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations Join us to be part of a dynamic team that thrives on delivering memorable moments for our guests!
