Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall dining experience. Experience Previous experience in bartending or a similar role in the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices. Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types is a plus. Familiarity with food safety practices within the hospitality industry is essential.
