Server/Bartender

Overview We are seeking a part-time experienced and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties Perform shifts as a Server or a Bartender. Greet customers and take orders, entering them in POS system. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through Toast POS systems. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Sell Retail Product when necessary. Skills Previous Server & Bartending experience required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively. Excellent sales abilities to promote specials and increase revenue. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling and ensuring accurate transactions.
