Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and hospitality will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Pay $12/hour + tips Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including craft cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items accordingly. Operate POS system (Toast) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative. Handle cash handling responsibilities including processing payments, giving correct change, and balancing registers at shift end. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service during busy hours while supporting overall restaurant operations. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within hospitality or restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of alcohol and perishable items.
