Job Description
Job Overview Join our team as a Barback, where you'll be an integral part of the bar operations! In this dynamic role, you'll support bartenders by maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar environment, assisting with food and beverage prep, and ensuring all service areas are ready to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Restock bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure smooth service throughout the shift Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces in accordance with food handling and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks, preparing simple snacks or appetizers, and supporting catering or banquet events Support bartenders by bussing tables, clearing empty glasses, and managing waste disposal efficiently Operate Toast POS system Qualifications Previous barback experience preferred, but willing to train Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus Strong communication skills Basic knowledge of food handling procedures and restaurant operations Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences Join us as a Barback to be an energetic force behind the scenes—supporting our bartenders, delighting our guests, and helping craft unforgettable moments in a lively hospitality setting!
