Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings. Restock supplies, garnishes, and beverages efficiently during busy hours to keep service seamless. Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills, including cashiering duties when necessary. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is essential; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices to ensure guest safety. Experience working in nightlife venues or nightclubs adds value to managing energetic environments. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math calculations are required. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in hospitality settings, including catering or brewing environments if applicable.
