Bartender/mixologist

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and signature drinks, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed. Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems while ensuring accuracy in cashiering and retail math calculations. Collaborate with team members during busy nights or special events such as banquets or catering functions to ensure smooth service flow. Skills Proven experience working as a bartender or mixologist in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs, restaurants, or fine dining establishments. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash handling. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and promote beverage sales confidently. Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling practices, and proper alcohol serving procedures. Experience in banquet service or catering environments is a plus for handling large groups seamlessly. Basic math skills for accurate billing, retail math calculations, and managing cash transactions effectively.
