Responsibilities Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items or catering support Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality Upsell beverages and promote specials to increase sales while providing excellent customer service Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience serving in fine dining establishments or catering environments is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate measurement of ingredients Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage preparation can be a plus for creating specialty drinks Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel appreciated!
