Job Description

About us Jayne Street Distilling Co is a local craft distillery and cocktail bar located in Florida, NY. We distill all the spirits we use, and produce all the cocktail ingredients we use for our seasonal menus. This includes vermouths, bitters/tinctures, syrups, and juices. We also produce a seasonal list of small plate options for our patrons. The cocktail bar is open on the weekends (Friday-Sunday), with events monthly, and a seasonal brunch on Sundays.

You will be joining a team of skilled workers who enjoy having fun, while giving our guests a high caliber experience. New hires generally start as a Barback to get used to the space, the flow of service, and the operation as a whole - with the opportunity to learn and grow into a full bartending role.
Responsibilities:
Set up and break down the bar Organize and keep bottles of ingredients filled Clean work stations Wash and dry glassware, organize back to shelves Keep ice bins filled Wipe and wrap bottles at the end of service Learn and create signature cocktails Interact with guests
