Bartender

Crystal Springs Resort is seeking Bartenders to create a welcoming, high-end hospitality experience that consistently meets and exceeds guest expectations while upholding the resort's elevated food and beverage standards.

Responsibilities:

Execute daily à la carte beverage service with professionalism and consistency Complete daily bar checklists and service station duties; report any discrepancies to Food & Beverage management Communicate equipment, maintenance, and sanitation needs to the Food & Beverage Director Ensure proper storage, organization, and cleanliness of all bar equipment and supplies Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment at all times Follow all company procedures for accidents and injuries as outlined in the employee handbook Comply with all sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards Arrive to work on time in proper uniform and prepared for shift responsibilities Accurately clock in and out at scheduled times Provide attentive, professional service to all guests in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Prior bartending experience required Strong ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent communication skills with guests, coworkers, and management Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability required Strong teamwork skills and professional demeanor Enjoy Crystal Springs Employee Perks!
