Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and providing outstanding service to our patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in ordering as needed. Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed during service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or catering functions. Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers in a busy environment. Skills Proficiency in Aloha POS and Micros POS systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred, along with banquet experience. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices related to food handling. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is beneficial. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
