The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional Member service. As a bartender you will be responsible for serving members and assisting servers. Job Summary We are seeking discipline-oriented (arriving on time and staying on schedule) and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a server or serving assistant, you will be responsible for serving members, assisting servers, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our members. Your ability to multitask and maintain a high level of hospitality will be key to your success in this role. Duties Be at the assigned daily task/section at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar & service area, including washing and restocking supplies as needed. Take drink and food orders as needed and clean up afterwards. Engage with members, providing recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience. Process member orders efficiently using our Jonas POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain stock. Adhere to all food handling regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Requirements Country Club experience preferred Heavy lifting Standing for long periods at a time Familiarity with Jonas POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with members. Hands-on skills, allowing for efficient multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of service, food, and beverage A friendly demeanor with strong hospitality skills that enhance the guest experience.
