Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender for The Woods Inn at the brand new Overlook Bar, where your energy and passion for service will create memorable experiences for guests. In this dynamic role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision, engage with diverse customers, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage
TOAST POS
system for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and manage serving limits in accordance with legal requirements. Assist with food service when needed, including serving appetizers or snacks during busy hours or catering events. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for change, and manage retail math for sales tracking. Skills Proven experience in dining environments demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with TOAST or similar POS system to process orders swiftly and accurately. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during high-volume periods. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving techniques. Ability to perform basic math calculations confidently for cash handling and sales transactions. Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector with a focus on retail math and cashiering.
