• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks like cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
• Ensure drinks are served at the correct temperature and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including countertops, shelves, and glasses.
• Refill supplies of liquor, syrups, garnishes, and other bar necessities.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.
• Keep track of tabs and ensure correct billing. Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and alcohol safety.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift heavy items, such as kegs or cases of liquor.
• Good manual dexterity for mixing drinks and handling bar tools.
