Cacciatore's is seeking a skilled Bartender to provide excellent service to our customers. Hours are not late night, customers are great! Must provide recent references and experience.

Responsibilities Smile :

) Prepare cocktails for bar patrons and fulfill servers drink tickets Interact with customers, take orders and serve appetizers, dinner and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Focus on happy customers and a clean, neat bar Skills Full knowledge of mixing and garnishing drinks( Manhattens, Cosmos, Martinis...) Must learn the wine list and be able to make suggestions Familiar with a POS Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Serving experience required Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to carry large dinner trays
