Catering Bartender

Fig & Pig, one of the Hudson Valley's most in demand caterers, is searching for enthusiastic and eager bartenders to join us for the 2026 season (and beyond). We provide top tier cuisine and service for weddings that take place at the most beautiful and exciting venues throughout the Hudson Valley & Catskills! We offer very competitive hourly pay + guaranteed gratuity . The majority of our shifts are 8-10 hours. We value experience but are also committed to helping you improve your hospitality skills and reward effort. It is our hope that some server and bartender positions can grow into captain positions at a higher, more competitive rate. We have a very busy season ahead of us with events booked through November, and are hoping to add some stellar folks to our already awesome team. Qualities we are searching for are as follows: Prompt, courteous, friendly service to clients and guests. Knowledge of classic cocktails. Exceptional work ethic and a sense of pride in what you do. Be a team player. Bartending experience. Experience with events, family style, plated, buffet and progressive cocktail style services is a plus Responsibilities of the position: Set-up and breakdown of venue spaces including tables, chairs, linens and place settings. Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests' needs. Preparing drinks, passing cocktails, fast an efficient service. Take pride in the overall appearance of the event Assist co-workers as needed. Availability to commit in advance to various shifts/events which include nights, weekends (Friday through Sundays), some holidays. Perform side work duties that may be assigned by supervisor. Willingness to adhere to our dress code; typically all black (shirt, tie, pants, socks, shoes) Fig & Pig is not only sought after for our unique and amazing cuisine, our FOH team is known for its high level of service, attention to detail and most importantly our positive and friendly vibes.
