We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Bartender to oversee daily bar operations while providing excellent service and leadership to the bar team.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and support the team while maintaining Club service standards. Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop and execute weekly specialty cocktails, seasonal features, and drink specials. Assist with beverage ordering, inventory, stocking, and maintaining appropriate product levels. Ensure proper drink preparation, presentation, and consistency. Train and mentor staff on cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and Club standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service. Assist with bar setup and closing procedures, including working alongside the F&B Manager to ensure the bar is properly closed and secured. Follow all Club policies, liquor laws, and responsible alcohol service practices. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
