Job Description
Hotel Bartender Holiday Inn Express & Suites is seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced Banquet Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service at on-site events, meetings, and special occasions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Set up, stock, and break down banquet bar areas according to event specifications Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and responsible manner Interact with guests in a courteous, engaging, and professional way Ensure compliance with all state and local alcohol service laws Monitor guest alcohol consumption and handle difficult situations appropriately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area before, during, and after events Accurately track and report beverage usage and inventory Work collaboratively with banquet servers, event staff, and management to ensure smooth event execution Qualifications Previous bartending experience required; banquet or hotel experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Professional appearance and demeanor
