Server/Bartender/Backserver

Tips average an additional $15-20+ per hour. ## Job Overview We are seeking skilled front of house workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional dining experiences. ## Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas and adhere to food safety standards
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments accurately
• Utilize Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales ## Experience
• Prior experience in serving, bartender, or a related role is preferred
• Knowledge of customer service etiquette and practices
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
• Proficiency in basic math for measuring ingredients and handling cash
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
• Experience with cash handling, including making change accurately
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
• Understanding of food handling best practices in the food industry
