Overview Join Riko's Pizza Merrick and Levittown team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision, engage with diverse clientele, and contribute to a vibrant atmosphere. Whether working in a bustling nightclub, elegant restaurant, or lively banquet setting, your expertise will elevate every guest interaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the food and beverage industry while working alongside a passionate team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS system Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments, and balancing registers at shift end. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment. Restock bar supplies as needed, track inventory levels, and communicate supply needs to management proactively. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days. Previous experience in food service or the food industry is advantageous; retail math skills are a plus. •

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
