Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced, professional, and passionate Bartenders/Mixologists to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through expertly crafted, detail-oriented cocktails, impeccable wine service, and outstanding hospitality. Successful candidates thrive in a fine dining environment where precision, attention to detail, and creativity are essential. They possess a strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, a passion for mixology, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism. Responsibilities Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages with consistency and precision. Develop seasonal cocktail specials and contribute creative drink ideas. Deliver exceptional customer service while engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management. Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service. Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to provide seamless service. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
