Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced atmosphere while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation meet our fine dining standards. Maintain an organized bar area, including cleaning and restocking supplies as needed. Operate the Clover (POS) system for order processing, cash handling, and payment transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Assist with banquet services as required, including setting up bars for events and serving drinks during functions. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Experience Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment is a MUST Proficiency with POS systems and cash registers is essential for efficient transaction processing. Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of retail math to manage tabs accurately. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. A friendly demeanor with strong sales skills to enhance guest experiences and promote menu items. Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial to maintain safety standards in beverage preparation.
