We are currently hiring Servers, Bartenders, and Dishwashers for year-round positions. SERVERS Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas Previous serving experience preferred

BARTENDERS

Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages Provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean and organized bar Follow responsible alcohol service practices Previous bartending experience preferred

DISHWASHERS

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish area clean and organized Assist the kitchen team with cleaning and sanitation Help maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Reliability and a strong work ethic are a must

Responsibilities Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable to ensure seamless transactions. Mix and serve cocktails and beverages with flair, demonstrating spirits knowledge and cocktail experience to enhance guest enjoyment. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, addressing special requests, and upselling menu items to maximize sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; handle food preparation and food handling tasks as needed. Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in sales transaction processing. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dishes, and supporting kitchen staff to keep the dining area organized and inviting. Support guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing wait times effectively, and ensuring all guests have a positive experience from start to finish. Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and sales processing. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining high-quality service standards. Knowledge of wine, spirits, beverage service techniques, and drink presentation to elevate guest experiences. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and creating memorable dining experiences. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately; understanding of food safety practices is essential. Experience working in fast-paced environments that require multitasking, quick thinking, and teamwork.
