Join Our Team! Craft Taqueria is a chef-driven, Mexican-inspired restaurant with a full bar and a strong focus on hospitality, creativity, and quality. We are looking for an experienced bartender who is ready to take on a larger role helping lead, develop, and grow our beverage program while still working hands-on behind the bar. We're looking for someone creative, reliable, professional, and passionate about cocktails - especially someone excited about developing original Mexican-inspired craft cocktails and working with tequila, mezcal, agave spirits, fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, infusions, and seasonal flavors.
Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on bartending and guest service
- Creating and developing original Mexican-inspired craft cocktails
- Helping develop and maintain the cocktail, spirits, beer, and wine programs
- Managing beverage inventory and orders
- Maintaining proper inventory levels and controlling waste
- Helping train and develop bartenders
- Maintaining consistency, cleanliness, organization, and bar standards
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Working directly with the owner-chef to continually improve and grow the beverage program
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of professional bartending experience required
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, tequila, mezcal, wine, and beer
- Creativity and genuine interest in cocktail development
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Dependability and professionalism
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Leadership or beverage management experience is helpful, but not required This is an opportunity for the right person to have significant creative input and ownership over the beverage program.
