Role Purpose At Green Bar, every team member contributes to creating an exceptional customer experience while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operation. Team Members work across Front of House, Back of House, and production as business needs require. Depending on the day's staffing and customer volume, responsibilities may include preparing beverages and food, supporting kitchen operations, assisting customers, cold-press production, opening or closing procedures, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining the overall flow of the business. No one role is limited to one station. We succeed by working together, supporting one another, and stepping in wherever the business needs us most. About Green Bar Green Bar is New Paltz's neighborhood destination for organic juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, toasts, wellness shots, and nourishing food made with integrity. We believe wellness should be approachable, delicious, and rooted in genuine hospitality. We work hard, move quickly, take pride in what we do, and strive to leave every customer feeling better than when they walked through our doors.
