Part-Time Barback Join Our Team and Help Keep the Good Times Flowing! We are seeking energetic, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Barback . In this fast-paced casino environment, you'll play a key role in supporting bartenders, maintaining beverage venues, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Clean and maintain beverage and quick-service venues to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment. Stock, replenish, and transport food and beverage supplies to assigned venues. Complete all required interdepartmental transfer paperwork when moving products between venues. Remove empty bottles, glassware, and trash from bar areas. Prepare and replenish fruit and other garnishes for beverage service. Receive, issue, and maintain accurate records of liquor inventory and supplies. Provide support to bartenders as needed during busy periods. Maintain knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and bartender responsibilities and rights. Deliver outstanding guest service at all times. Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, utilities, supervisors, and other team members to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hospitality, or similar environment preferred. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Regularly use hands to handle, grasp, and move objects. Frequently stand, walk, bend, crouch, and reach throughout the shift. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Ability to work in varying temperatures, including walk-in coolers and freezers. Work Environment Fast-paced casino and hospitality setting. Frequent exposure to mechanical equipment, heat sources, and refrigerated storage areas. Moderate to loud noise levels.
