Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders. Operate the POS system efficiently for processing orders and handling cash transactions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes. Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and new menu items to enhance customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a bartending role or within the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele. Proficient in time management to handle busy shifts effectively. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations. Knowledge of retail math for managing tabs and processing payments accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
